Why CAPTOR?

In 2008, as we were fully hit by the market crisis and were living very closely the difficulties that many automotive parts suppliers were living through, we decided to do our bit in order to help them improve their productivity.

Since we have a strong know-how in the design and manufacture of checking fixtures, we decided to work on the development of some solutions enabling to improve the reliability of data measurement and the speed of their collection.

It is known that investigation turns money into ideas and that innovation turns ideas into money.

Two products have resulted from this investigation and innovation: CAPTOR-S and CAPTOR-R. The first one answers to the need of automating data measurement in a reliable and quick way, while continuing to work with the same measurement system being in use on existing checking fixtures, without having to modify them. The second one answers to the need of finding a reliable system to measure quickly and reliably gaps and flushes in parts assemblies with different colours, textures and brightnesses.

We will probably launch other solutions on the market in the future thanks to the research we are currently doing and should finish very soon.
