Description

Checking spoilers is very complex: these parts are highly deformable and composed of a huge number of clips, cross-shaped pins and fixation holes. Consequently, to produce a spoiler checking fixture that will be able to control properly this part, we must take into account all its specificities when designing, manufacturing and adjusting it.

Materials and tolerances

Our checking fixtures are produced in aluminium, the components submitted to wear-and-tear are produced in steel. Tolerances for RPS (fixation points) and dial indicator points: ±0.05mm. Tolerances for simulation blocks: ±0.1mm.

TECNOMATRIX BCN SL ha recibido una ayuda para la ejecución del proyecto de Investigación y Desarrollo con título “SISTEMA INTERACTIVO Y COLABORATIVO CON MODELADO PREDICTIVO PARA LA OPTIMIZACIÓN Y GESTIÓN EFICIENTE E INTELIGENTE DE PROCESOS PRODUCTIVOS” y número de expediente IDI-20180567, a través del Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial (CDTI).El objetivo global perseguido es el desarrollo de un sistema de análisis de futuros proyectos que permita predecir con exactitud y de forma autónoma, sin depender de ningún otro departamento, la fecha de entrega prevista a los clientes en función de la situación actual de carga de trabajo, condiciones técnicas del propio proyecto, condicionantes del cliente, etc. y que permita reducir los tiempos muertos, microparadas y las incidencias en proyectos, para que se pueda reducir el planning de entrega. Partiendo para ello de la digitalización de la información y planificación de los proyectos y posterior análisis y definición de patrones que permitirá el desarrollo de un modelo predictivo. Dicho sistema se basa en una plataforma Big Data integrada en el CRM (Salesforce) de la compañía para que sea de fácil acceso para el personal de cualquier departamento.El proyecto se desarrolla en las instalaciones de Barcelona durante las anualidades de 2018 – 2019, y con un presupuesto de ejecución de 364.358€.
