Blinker

The positioning of blinkers is defined both by its fixations and by its car environment (rearlamps). This is why blinkers checking fixtures must reproduce both characteristics: simulation blocks will simulate the fitting of the blinker on the rearlamp, while clipping systems will enable to mount the part as on the car.

Our checking fixtures are produced in aluminium, the components submitted to wear-and-tear are produced in steel. Tolerances for RPS (fixation points) and dial indicator points: ±0.05mm. Tolerances for simulation blocks: ±0.1mm.

Minimum documentation: dimensional report of your checking fixture, 2D assembly drawing, assembly CAD. Optional documentation: R&R report, user manual, stabilization certificate.

Complete checking fixture 1 (OT 9549)
  • Aluminium base plate
  • Simulation of the fitting of the part on the car
  • Removable car environment simulation blocks, enabling to have a complete access to the part for CMM measurements.
  • Measurement of the part deformation by 4 dial indicator points. 2 dial indicator control points mounted on foldable arms.
Complete checking fixture 2 (OT 8933)
  • Aluminium base plate
  • Simulation of the fitting of the part on the car
  • Removable car environment simulation blocks, enabling to have a complete access to the part for CMM measurements.
  • Measurement of the part deformation by 4 dial indicator points. To reduce the weight of the fixture, the dial indicator is mounted on a “Z” shaped support to be mounted on each dial indicator control point. The “Z” support is fixed by 2 bushings ensuring a repeatable mounting and measurement.
